Mini-Tour of Sri Lanka - March 2006

Following our Mini-Tours of Sri Lanka in March and May 2005, and our major Tours of Sri Lanka (Nov-Dec 2005) and Thailand (Dec 2005-Jan 2006) Children's World International ran a further Mini-tour of Sri Lanka in March 2006. Paddy Hill and Charlie Miller, Chilren's World's two main Workshop Leaders, recently took their skills and Children's World International's special brand of fun to children who are still suffering the after-effects of the Tsunami of December 2004.

Paddy and Charlie spent four days visiting camps on the West and South of Sri Lanka, with the splendid Teardrop Relief Fund Playbus and the excellent Teardrop Relief Fund/Impakt Aid programme - and ten days of work at schools and camps on the troubled East coast of the Island with IOM (International Organisation for Migration).

This Mini-Tour went extremely well, and Paddy's diary appears here. READ ALL ABOUT IT by clicking on a date on the right!
