Paddy Hill and Charlie Miller are Children's World's 2 main Workshop Leaders, who have worked with Children's World (which is Children's World's "Mother Charity") for 15 years and 18 years respectively.
Paddy and Charlie run all of Children's World's Tours in England (special needs Tours in the first half of each term, and mainstream Tours addressing bullying, anti-social behaviour, transition, etc. in the second half of each term). They are hugely experienced at working with all ages and abilities of childen and we feel extremely lucky that they love the work and wish to remain with Children's World.
In November and December 2005 Paddy and Charlie were part of the Children's World International Tour that visited Sri Lanka (please see Bella's diary of the November/December 05 Tour for full details and lots of great pix).
Time and money suddenly became available during the second half of the Spring Term 2006, and we have now sent Paddy and Charlie to run a small Sri Lankan mini-Performance/Games/Workshop Tour (with Impakt and the Teardrop Relief Playbus in the West and South, and with IOM in the East) from 1 March.
We will get a picture of them up on the web soon, and hopefully get them to write a few words about themselves.
Paddy will hopefully be writing a daily diary, and this will go up as soon as it starts to arrive......
